FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in Fond du Lac County say three people are now in custody on multiple drug-related charges following a pursuit Tuesday night.
According to a release from the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office, at 7:14 p.m., deputies found a suspect vehicle that was in a prior pursuit with the Wisconsin State Patrol that had been terminated due to construction on I-41.

After watching the vehicle make several traffic violations, deputies initiated another pursuit near Main Street and Johnson Street in the City of Fond du Lac.
The suspect vehicle was headed southbound on South Main Street initially at speeds from 45mph to 60mph, eventually reaching a top speed of 80mph. After reaching 80mph, one deputy deployed a tire deflation device on South Main Street at USH 151.
The vehicle hit the tire deflation device and continued heading south on Main Street before soon pulling over near Lost Arrow Road in the Township of Byron due to three of the tires going flat.
Following the end of the pursuit, the driver, a 26-year-old Green Bay woman, and two passengers, a 24-year-old Green Bay man and a 26-year-old man, were arrested on the following potential charges:
26-year-old driver:
- Felony Fleeing and Eluding an officer
- 2 counts of Felony Bail Jumping
- 2 counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping
- 2nd Degree Reckless Endangering Safety
- Numerous other traffic citations
24-year-old passenger:
- Probation and Parole Warrant
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
26-year-old passenger:
- Probation Hold
- Possession of Methamphetamine 2nd
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
All three suspects were booked into the Fond du Lac County Jail following the five-mile pursuit. No injuries were reported during the incident.
