Police say at least three people, including one student, were hurt in a shooting early Sunday at Oklahoma State University’s main campus in Stillwater. Officers responded to Carreker East, a three-story dorm, around 3:40 a.m. after victims reported the attack from off-campus. Spanish authorities are investigating the disappearance of Pablo Picasso’s 1919 work “Still Life with Guitar,” valued at more than $650,000. The small gouache-and-pencil painting vanished while being transported from Madrid to the CajaGranada Cultural Center for an exhibition.
