Police: Crowds to grow for NFL Draft in Green Bay, city has ‘0% chance to run out of beer’

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Day one of the 2025 NFL Draft drew an estimated 200,000 fans to Green Bay’s draft campus, and local authorities say they expect even larger crowds Friday and Saturday.

During a Friday press conference, the Green Bay Police Department estimated that about 205,000 fans will attend the second and third rounds Friday night, with a similar crowd projected for Saturday’s final day.

Officials also noted that the draft campus is well stocked to accommodate the influx, including ample beer supplies.

Friday evening’s festivities will conclude with a drone show over the campus, and country star Brad Paisley is scheduled to headline the NFL Draft Concert Series on Saturday.
