The latest northeast Wisconsin weather forecast from Storm Team 5…
Warm and breezy as we get the new week started – plus we may even feel the first bit of humidity by this evening or tonight with warm and slightly humid air. The downside to the increasing temperatures will be risk for thunderstorms that come with it.
Morning thunderstorms: a few storms may come through during the early to mid-morning hours. Lightning and downpours are the main risk, maybe some small hail. Low end severe risk to start the day.
As temperatures heat up this afternoon and evening, it’s possible some more thunderstorms could pop-up, but if the cap remains in place, it could remain dry.
THE BEST CHANCE for strong to severe thunderstorms will be this evening between 6pm and midnight. All severe weather types will be at play, including hail, damaging winds, and isolated tornados.
