New plaza unveiled with ribbon-cutting in Hobart, site of Wisconsin’s ‘longest car-wash’

HOBART, Wis. (WFRV) – A unique addition to the Green Bay area was officially unveiled with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday.

Folkman Plaze is a 10,652-square foot space, the newest addition to the Centennial Centre Business Park. It houses the ‘Wash Shack,’ referred to as a state-of-the-art car wash tunnel which is said to be the longest in the state.

Ground broke on the new space in late June 2024, and now just over 10 months later, it’s completed. In addition to the Wash Shack, the plaza features a coffee shop with a drive-thru and outdoor space.

There are two additioanl retail spaces available for possible future businesses. The plaza is at 4999 Founders Terrace in Hobart.
