MENASHA, Wis. (WFRV) – A 23-year-old student teacher in the Menasha Joint School District was taken into custody following allegations of inappropriate conduct involving a student.
According to the Menasha Police Department, investigators received information indicating there had been alleged sexual misconduct between the male student teacher and a student. Police are recommending a charge of sexual misconduct by a school staff person or volunteer.

The investigation is ongoing and is being conducted with the assistance of the Menasha Joint School District and the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Police Department.
