MUSKEGO, Wis. (WFRV) – A 10-year-old child was hospitalized following a boating-related injury on Saturday morning in southeast Wisconsin.
According to the Muskego Police Department, officers responded to a reported boating accident around 10 a.m. at Idle Isle Park in Muskego.

A preliminary investigation revealed the child was injured in an incident on Little Muskego Lake. Immediate care was provided before the child was transported to a nearby hospital.

Authorities say the extent of the injuries is not being released at this time. The incident remains under investigation, and all parties are cooperating.
