FISH CREEK, Wis. (WFRV) – Several crews, including movers, Wisconsin Public Service, the Department of Transportation and the Door County Sheriff’s Office, helped a massive relocation effort on Thursday night.
The Door County Sheriff’s Office posted images from the unique move, with countless people witnessing the relocation of an entire house; yes, a fully built home.

Sergeant Lemke and Deputy Tlachac were part of the Door County Sheriff’s Office members who helped relocate the house, as they escorted trucks from downtown Fish Creek to the new home up the road.
Fortunately, the house was successfully relocated, despite the tight squeeze of heading up the Fish Creek Hill.
