As we head into the overnight hours we see skies remain mostly dry but some isolated showers may appear as we get closer to sunrise. Through Sunday we expect mostly cloudy skies with possible evening showers and thunderstorms becoming increasingly likely. Temperatures on Sunday are higher than average with temps reaching the low 90s and heat index values nearing triple digits. With dewpoints in the mid 70s also expect humid, muggy conditions.
Monday starts to clear up early morning but as we get closer to the evening the chances for showers and some isolated thunderstorms increases. Temperatures do cool though, dropping to the low-mid 80s and dewpoints becoming more comfortable.
Tuesday begins a stretch of nicer days with sunny skies and temperatures in the low-mid 80s. this extends to Thursday which has the lowest dewpoint of the week at a very comfortable 55 degrees.
On Friday, as Independence Day arrives skies become partly cloudy. Isolated showers in the evening are becoming increasingly likely as well. When the weekend arrives Saturday is mostly cloudy with a decent likelihood of isolated thunderstorms.
