APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) – Following a recent incident caught on camera, officials with the Appleton Police Department are urging community members to discuss traffic safety with loved ones.
In a post made on social media, officers state that reckless driving and swerving into traffic is not just illegal, but is also dangerous and puts lives at risk.

Police say safety is a shared responsibility out on the roadway, and anyone who witnesses any reckless driving like that in the video is asked to report it.
Families are encouraged to speak with their loved ones about what safe and responsible driving looks like. Police also add a reminder that electric motorcycles are not street legal and are being cited and towed.
