GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Green Bay Police Department is actively searching for a carjacking suspect who reportedly stole a Prevea Health shuttle on Tuesday morning.
According to the release, the van was stolen from HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center. The suspect is believed to be a 46-year-old woman named Jerilyn Soto of Keshena.

Police say that officers were sent to 1726 Shawano Avenue around 7:40 a.m. on Tuesday after a Prevea Health employee reported that they were approached by a woman with a knife and ordered to exit the vehicle.

The van is a dark gray 2022 Chrysler Pacifica with Wisconsin license plate No. 35729AFT. It has a white triangular topper that says ‘Prevea Health Patient Shuttle’ and a listed phone number of 615-0985.

No injuries have been reported at this time, as officers are working with surrounding agencies to locate the vehicle, which Soto is believed to have driven outside of the Green Bay area.
