GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The 2025 ‘Walk to End Alzheimer’s’ is just over two months away, but the fundraiser has already kicked off, and a special event on Thursday in Green Bay provided opportunities to learn more ahead of the actual date.
On Thursday in Green Bay, the Alzheimer’s Association’s Wisconsin Chapter invited the community to Joannes Stadium for a kick-off event.

From community members to sponsors to those participating in the event, which officially takes place on September 27, 2025, attendees for the kick-off special learned about ways to make a difference, all while enjoying the Blue Ribbons game.
The Walk to End Alzheimer’s is a nationwide initiative hosted by the Alzheimer’s Association with over 600 locations set to raise money to combat the disease.
