PORT WASHINGTON, Wis. (WFRV) – A part-time emergency medical technician in Wisconsin is facing a felony charge for possession of child pornography.
According to the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Timothy G. Lund, who was employed by the Port Washington Fire Department at the time, is under criminal investigation and has been formally charged.

The criminal complaint alleges Lund shared child sexual abuse material online while using an IP address controlled by the Port Washington Police Department, which shares internet access with the fire department. He was arrested and charged last week.
Lund has since posted a $25,000 cash bond and is scheduled for a status hearing at the Ozaukee County Courthouse on August 25, 2025.
