HOLMEN, Wis. (WFRV) – The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) has issued a public health alert for cured and smoked teriyaki beef sold at a Wisconsin meat market.
According to a release, the product, made by Holmen Locker & Meat Market, is being recalled due to misbranding and undeclared allergens.

Officials say the product contains soy and wheat, which are common allergens, but were not listed on the label. The affected items were sold on or before August 1, 2025, at Holmen Locker & Meat Market.
No illnesses have been reported, but DATCP urges those with soy or wheat allergies to avoid consuming the product. Anyone experiencing symptoms of a foodborne illness or allergic reaction should consult a doctor.
