APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) – Travelers in northeast Wisconsin will soon have another nonstop option to Florida, as Allegiant Airlines is adding service from Appleton International Airport to Orlando International Airport beginning in January 2025.
The year-round route will operate Fridays through Mondays, giving travelers a direct connection to Orlando’s world-famous attractions, including Disney World.

This marks Allegiant’s seventh nonstop destination from Appleton to Florida and its 14th overall from the airport. In total, Appleton International Airport will now offer 22 nonstop routes.
“This is exciting for residents of Northeast Wisconsin because it puts them closer to the Theme Park Capital of the World,” said Airport Director Abe Weber. “If you have kids or grandkids looking forward to these attractions, getting there faster is a bonus.”

Weber noted that the new route also represents a major investment from Allegiant in aircraft, technology, and staffing.
Appleton International Airport is also served by American, Delta, Sun Country, and United Airlines, offering nonstop flights to destinations including Gulf Shores/Orange Beach, Phoenix, Nashville, Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Minneapolis, Detroit, Denver, Dallas, Portland, New York/Newark, Las Vegas, Savannah, and several cities in Florida.
