ARENA, Wis. (WFRV) – A 40-year-old Wisconsin woman was arrested early Tuesday after a traffic stop revealed two bags containing methamphetamine.
According to the Iowa County Sheriff’s Office, deputies stopped a vehicle at about 2:40 a.m. on U.S. Highway 14 near Baxter Road in Arena for failing to dim headlights and improper lane usage.

The driver, identified as Hope M. Millard of Richland Center, was searched, and deputies found two bags of a crystal-like substance that field-tested positive for methamphetamine, weighing about 4.05 ounces in total.

Millard faces charges of possession with intent to deliver amphetamine over 50 grams and resisting or obstructing an officer. She is currently on probation through the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, which has placed a probation hold.
