WOODRUFF, Wis. (WFRV) – Officers in northern Wisconsin are actively searching for an armed and dangerous suspect who allegedly fled the scene of a stabbing and was picked up in a vehicle.
According to the Minocqua Police Department, officers are actively looking for 36-year-old Scott Moxham, who is reportedly a suspect in a stabbing that happened in the area of Rudolph Road and Woodridge Lane in the Town of Woodruff on August 14.

Officers say the alleged stabbing happened around 11:15 p.m. on Thursday, when the victim was flown from the scene for treatment of stab wounds. Moxham reportedly fled the scene before officers arrived and is believed to have been picked up in a vehicle.
Moxham is described as a white man, roughly 5’11”, weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair. He was last seen wearing jeans and a black hoodie.
His last known direction of travel is unknown, officers say.

It was noted that Moxham should be considered armed and dangerous, and nobody should try to approach or apprehend him.
