Your Friday was a nice transition into the weekend with mostly sunny skies and temperatures in the mid 80s but that is going to quickly change as we head into Saturday. Saturday brings likelihood of early morning thunderstorms that persist throughout the day in segments of multiple rounds. Latest model runs are showing that there may be a westward shift and hold these storms to later than expected times. Damaging wind and excessive rainfall are concerning factors that we will continue to monitor closely. Sunday does clear up but we see the return of showers and a chance for thunderstorms in the late afternoon into the evening.
Monday starts the work week with more scattered storms that roll into Tuesday with a chance for some morning showers but the day looks mostly dry as we head into the afternoon. Temperatures drop down into the mid 70s mid week with sunny skies becoming increasingly likely but we will return to the low 80s on Thursday and Friday.
