GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – As classrooms prepare to be populated by students and teachers in a the coming weeks, the Green Bay Area Public School District (GBAPSD) invited the community for yet another Welcome Back Celebration.
The 3rd Annual Welcome Back Celebration is designed to say thank you to families for believing in the staff, schools and district overall.
The event ran from noon until 6 p.m. at Joannes Park with free food, games and live music along with other festivities.
From carnival games to family-friendly axe throwing and crafts, families and the staff got a chance to enjoy a fun day as students prepare to enter the classrooms again.
