GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Tuesday was a lucky day in Green Bay after a $100,000 winning All or Nothing ticket was sold at Webster Shell for the Aug. 26 drawing.
The ticket matched 0 out of 11 numbers, which is one of two ways to win the game’s top prize. This is the largest winning ticket sold at Webster Shell since it became a Wisconsin Lottery retailer in 2020.

It also marks the fourth time in the last month that a top prize-winning All or Nothing ticket has been purchased in Wisconsin. Of the 10 top-prize tickets sold in 2025, three have won by matching 0 out of 11 numbers.

Retailers who sell winning tickets over $599 receive a 2% Winning Ticket Incentive from the Wisconsin Lottery, up to $100,000.
All or Nothing is a Wisconsin-only Lotto game. Tickets cost $2 per drawing, with drawings held twice daily, seven days a week. The odds of winning the $100,000 prize are 1 in 352,716.
