PRAIRIE DU SAC, Wis. (WFRV) – Two limited-time items will be hitting the menu of Culver’s locations nationwide as the company celebrates its first annual Curdtoberfest.
According to a release, Curdtoberfest is “a month-long celebration of all things cheese curds and Midwest tradition,” and it will feature the debut of a brand new flavor of cheese curds as well as the highly anticipated return of the CurderBurger.

Officials at Culver’s say the new Jalapeño Cheese Curds will be available at all locations for the first time starting on October 15, the 10th anniversary of National Cheese Curd Day, and will last through October 31 or while supplies last.
This is the second year in a row that Culver’s is debuting a new flavor of cheese curds for National Cheese Curd Day, as the Hot Honey Cheese Curds were released for a limited time in 2024.
The new Jalapeño Cheese Curds are said to be made with real cheddar cheese and bits of jalapeño, bringing in a kick of heat that balances with their crunchy outside and gooey, melty center.

The CurderBurger is also coming soon to all locations nationwide. What began as an April Fool’s joke in 2021 is now returning for its 5th year on the menu, starting on September 29 and lasting through October 14, or while supplies last.
The one-of-a-kind limited-time menu item has quickly developed into a Culver’s fan-favorite as it features a Deluxe ButterBurger® topped with a layer of a fried and then breaded mixture of yellow and white cheddar cheese.

Both limited menu items are just one way Culver’s is looking to pay tribute to the cheese curd during the first annual Curdtoberfest.
