MAPLE GROVE, Wis. (WFRV) – A man from Seymour died in Minnesota after reportedly getting hit by a dump truck on a highway.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, 25-year-old Adam Smith died after getting hit by a reversing dump truck in a construction zone. The incident reportedly happened on September 25 around 2 p.m.
The incident release says it happened on Eastbound Highway 610 at Maple Grove Parkway. It was mentioned that alcohol was not involved for the incident.
Appleton police responding to active incident, public asked to avoid area
Maple Grove is not far from Minneapolis. It is about 35 miles from the border of Wisconsin.
