BELOIT, Wis. (WFRV) – A Beloit man has been arrested following a string of three late-night burglaries over the weekend.
The incidents were reported on:
- Friday, Sept. 26, around 11:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of Madison Road
- Saturday, Sept. 27, around midnight in the 800 block of Fourth Street
- Sunday, Sept. 28, around 12:30 a.m. in the 1100 block of Liberty Avenue
Beloit police said with the help of community tips, officers identified and arrested 34-year-old Bennie D. Fleming on Sunday around 10 p.m. He faces three counts of burglary.
Authorities credited both residents and patrol officers for helping bring the case to a quick resolution.
