CUDAHY, Wis. (WFRV) — A 12-year-old student at a Wisconsin elementary school was arrested after allegedly being found in possession of a handgun.
According to the Cudahy Police Department, the student at Lincoln Elementary School on South Packard Avenue was taken into custody after school administration and the School Resource Officer conducted an investigation that led to the discovery of the firearm.

Police say there is no threat to the school or the public. The investigation is ongoing.
