MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) – A 21-year-old man in Wisconsin was arrested on Saturday night following a reported disturbance involving battery and property damage.
The Madison Police Department reported that officers were sent to an apartment in the 1300 block of Ruskin Street on April 12 shortly before midnight.

According to the incident report, officers stopped a vehicle that was trying to leave, and provided medical aid to a man inside whose arm was bleeding.
Witnesses of the reported incident said that the man, identified as a 21-year-old, was upset at a party, punching a TV and breaking one of the apartment windows. He also reportedly attacked somebody inside.
The man was subsequently arrested for battery, strangulation, criminal property damage and a probation hold. He was medically cleared and then taken to the Dane County Jail.
