MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) – A 22-year-old Wisconsin man faces 10 felony charges relating to child porn and sexual assault stemming from an investigation into a tip.
Detectives with the Madison Police Department’s Special Victims Unit reported that it had previously received a tip regarding a person who may own child pornography.

On April 9, Madison Police Officers contacted the man, identified as 22-year-old Skyler Klassen of Madison, and subsequently arrested him around 10 a.m.
As the investigation progressed, officials recovered additional evidence, including information in connection with child sexual assault.
On Friday, Klassen had an initial court hearing, where his cash bond was set at $300,000 as he faces the following charges:
- 1st-Degree Child Sex Assault (Sexual Contact/Intercourse with person under 13)
- Incest with a child
- Four counts of Child Sexual Exploitation
- Four counts of possession of child pornography
