The Latest from Storm Team 5…
Widespread rain showers moved in late last night and lasted through much of Thursday. For tonight, rain showers should clear the viewing area late in the evening, leaving us cloudy for the rest of the night, however I cant rule out a spotty shower late. Lows fall into the lower 40s.
A secondary trough of low pressure to our west will move in tomorrow, bringing another chance of rain primarily north and west of the Fox Valley. Just have the rain jacket handy, but most of the day will be dry. Otherwise, cloudy and still cooler with temperatures into the upper 40s to low 50s.
Early clouds on Saturday give way to mainly sunny skies for the afternoon. Highs into the middle and upper 50s to around 60. It only gets warmer from there!
Sunday, morning sun over to afternoon clouds, high temperatures will reach the upper 60s to low 70s! We will briefly cool into the lower 60s on Monday with a few passing showers, but the sunshine and milder air returns to close out the week!
