Additional Manitowoc suspect arrested stemming from November 2023 armed robbery incident

MANITOWOC, Wis. (WFRV) – The Manitowoc Police Department announced that an additional suspect has been arrested in connection to an armed robbery incident in November 2023.

Oscar Rodriguez of Manitowoc was arrested on Sunday after an investigation identified him as a suspect who worked with Clarence Holder of Indianapolis to rob a man last November, according to the release.

Holder has been arrested since January 2024 with multiple pending charges of:

  • Attempted 1st Degree Murder
  • Attempted Armed Robbery
  • Burglary
  • Possession of a Firearm as a convicted felon

The arrest warrant for Rodriguez was issued in September, and the United States Marshals Service provided aid. Rodriguez was arrested during a traffic stop in Newton, while accompanied in the vehicle by a Michigan man named Stacey Culbert, who was also arrested.

Manitowoc Police Department asking for help in identifying fleeing motorcyclist

A search of their vehicle unveiled about 1.5 pounds of cocaine as well. Both are currently held at the Manitowoc County Jail.
