PRAIRIE DU SAC, Wis. (WFRV) – With quick-service restaurants racing to unveil a trendy take on chicken, officials with Culver’s say they “quietly and tirelessly” worked on a lineup of chicken sandwiches that are now “juicier, crispier, and tastier.”
According to a release, Culver’s has taken a multi-year process led by guest feedback and research to develop and craft its new chicken sandwiches.

The new lineup has what Culver’s is calling a “perfected” recipe for Crispy Chicken, Spicy Crispy Chicken, and Grilled Chicken sandwiches. Each sandwich is said to feature the following ingredients:
- An improved chicken filet for both grilled and crispy sandwiches
- Crunchier pickle slices
- Creamy mayo
- Crisp lettuce and tomato
- A brand-new, toasted brioche bun, the only Culver’s sandwich served on this bun.
The new lineup of chicken sandwiches will be a part of the permanent menu at all Culver’s locations nationwide, joining other signature menu items like the ButterBurgers, Fresh Frozen Custard, and Wisconsin Cheese Curds.
We know the love our guests have for chicken, so we wanted to give them new chicken sandwich options that are undeniably delicious. Every little detail is improved—from the juiciness of the chicken to the soft, new brioche bun it sits on. We took our time to make sure we got these perfect. In order to celebrate the launch of the new chicken sandwiches, Culver’s officials say the first 100 guests to show up and order one of the new sandwiches at all 1,000-plus Culver’s locations will get the chicken sandwich of their choice for free.

That’s over 100,000 free chicken sandwiches that will be available via dine-in, to-go, or drive-thru. Following the end of the giveaway, guests can also order the new chicken sandwiches online here or through the Culver’s app.
