HARTFORD, Wis. (WFRV) – Hartford Police pulled over a car with ‘excessive’ window tints that led to a drug bust.
According to a Facebook post from the Hartford Police Department, on January 30, an officer stopped a car with dark-tinted windows and a strong smell of marijuana.

The post says the car didn’t pull over right away, and the people inside were seen moving around suspiciously. When Officer Parker approached, the smell of marijuana was still strong. Reportedly the driver admitted to using marijuana before driving and seemed intoxicated.
After searching the car, the following were arrested and charged:
- Person 1: Found with fentanyl, marijuana, and drug tools, and had a felony bail violation.
- Person 2: Found with fentanyl, cocaine, marijuana, and drug tools.
- Person 3: Arrested for driving while intoxicated, possessing marijuana, and drug tools.
