A union does not represent the affected employees, and Accelerate360 Distribution says bumping rights do not exist. Bumping rights would allow senior employees whose jobs are eliminated to take other available positions held by less senior workers.

According to the DWD’s website, this marks the sixth company to issue a WARN letter in April.
