Green Bay Area Public School District reveals dates for high school greenhouse openings

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – As the area hits some nicer weather in the midst of spring, the Green Bay Area Public School District (GBAPSD) announced open dates for the high school greenhouses.

Some of the dates listed may change based on plant availability.

Here are the listed openings, organized by school; however, some schools had already opened their greenhouses, as specified below:

May 10, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
May 15, 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.*

May 17, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.*
Preble High School Greenhouse Now open until sold out
Originally opened April 26, 8 a.m. – 1 p.m., May 2, 2:30 p.m. – 5 p.m. and May 3, 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Southwest High School Greenhouse Now open: Monday-Friday, 2:30 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday, 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Originally opened May 2, 2:30 – 5 p.m. and May 3, 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
West High School Greenhouse May 10, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
May 14, 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
May 15, 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
