APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) – Lawrence baseball entered the Midwest conference tournament as the top seed for the third season in the last four years, meaning the Vikings would once again host. In game one against Grinnell, LU was pushed to the brink but ultimately prevailed 10-9 thanks to a walk-off single off the bat of senior Nic Heerde.
