Methamphetamine seized in historic Wisconsin neighborhood

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WFRV) – A search warrant in one of Wisconsin’s most historic neighborhoods resulted in the seizure of solid and liquid methamphetamine.

On May 1, members of the Milwaukee Police Department’s Special Investigations Division and the Federal Bureau of Investigation conducted a search warrant in the historic Mitchell Street neighborhood.

The search led to the seizure of approximately 26.5 pounds of methamphetamine, along with 60 pounds of liquid methamphetamine in frozen form.

The Milwaukee Police Department said an arrest was made and that the investigation is ongoing. The department also shared photos of the seized narcotics.
