MANITOWOC, Wis. (WFRV) – For more than 40 years, the Annual Northeast Wisconsin Motorcycle Show and Dance has raised money for charities.
Organizers decided to push forward this month, even though it’s scheduled during the NFL Draft.

One of the organizers of the event, The Ant Hill Mob Motorcycle Group, recently spoke with Local 5 News, just in case the flyers and word of mouth won’t be enough this year.
The group is named after the old Hanna-Barbera cartoon characters who compete to win cross-country races and work with Hoban Brothers Motorcycle Shop in Osman to stage the event.
It’s a partnership that is 43 years strong and, according to the organizer, has raised more than $1 million for the community.
The bike show will be in the Merchants Building at the fairgrounds starting at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 26th and Sunday, April 27th.
The bands playing at the dance from 7 p.m. to Midnight on Saturday are the Spicy Tie Band and Smoke Road.
Show admissions is $5 at the door and $4 for seniors. Kids 12 & under are free. The Dance is $8 in advance or $10 at the door.
This year, the proceeds will benefit the Reedsville Fire Department, the Manitowoc Warming Shelter and the Two Rivers K-9 Unit.
“The event is not just bikers. With the weather, many might even be driving cars,” joked organizer Perry Bunnell.
The decision on which groups would benefit takes months.
“What happens is that the groups fill out an application,” said Bunnell. “Then in September and October, they come speak with us and we take a vote.”
He says the system has worked for decades to make sure the donations are making the greatest impact.
“It’s been a long road paved for us, and we want to do the best we can and give back to our greater community.”
The highlight is a raffle for a 2025 Harley-Davidson Street Glide Standard or Polaris General 1000 Premium or $15,000 cash.
