Local agencies across northeast Wisconsin are actively recruiting firefighters, EMTs, cadets, and law enforcement officers to strengthen their teams. They are looking for passionate individuals to serve the community and embark on a career in public safety.
- De Pere Police Department – looking to immediately to hire Police Officers to fill two vacancies
- Fond du Lac Police Department – 16 available positions that include K-9 Handler, SWAT Tactical, Field Training Officer, and School Resource Officer.
- Kenosha Police Department – actively recruiting for Police Officers
- Neenah-Menasha Fire Rescue – looking to hire an Assistant Chief of Emergency Management and Training
- UW Oshkosh Police Department – currently hiring for the position of Police Sergeant
- Wisconsin Dells Police Department – accepting applications for Parking Enforcement Officers

Wisconsin police looking for suspects who approached middle schoolers while walking to school
The Grand Chute Police Department is accepting applications for the 2025 Citizens Public Safety Academy. They’re looking for people 17 years or older and note that you do not need to live in Grand Chute to participate.
The Manitowoc Police Cadets have several available openings for young men and women, ages 14 to 20, who are interested in a law enforcement career.
