NEENAH, Wis. (WFRV) – An Oshkosh man was charged on Thursday with 1st-degree intentional homicide stemming from a man’s death in November; his bond was set at $500,000.
The Neenah Police Department released an update in the case of Keith Risekamp’s death on November 24, 2024, saying that 53-year-old Rodney Franklin was identified as a result of evidence from the State Crime Laboratory.
