MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WFRV) – The Green Bay Packers and Verizon Wireless announced a new partnership on Tuesday, just two weeks before the NFL Draft, enhancing the cell service in and around Lambeau along with helping Wisconsin veterans.
According to a release, the duo’s new partnership will last seven years, and improve cell service in the Lambeau Field area just in time for hundreds of thousands to arrive for the 2025 NFL Draft.

The partnership is also promoting innovation, community support for the area and making the nationwide phone provider the official 5G partner of the Green Bay Packers, as Verizon provides operational support for the team.
In addition to that, the duo announced an initiative to relieve $3 million in debt for Wisconsin veterans in the next two years, with the first $1 million to be handed out in the following weeks. This comes after Verizon invested $1 million a year ago to forgive veteran debt in Wisconsin.
