Rain turns to snow overnight

The latest Northeast Wisconsin weather forecast from Storm Team 5…

Low pressure built in yesterday and brought in light rain and thunderstorms, and has still lingered over the Badger State again today.

This system has a cold front attached to it, which dropped in for us throughout this afternoon. This brought in increasing cloud cover, light rain up north, and very gusty winds! Gusty winds will continue overnight, and these winds will be coming in out of the northwest behind the cold front. This will pull in some chilly air for tomorrow morning, with areas north seeing low temps fall to below the freezing mark!

As that cold front drops in it will also continue to bring rain chances, that will turn to snow as we head overnight with dropping temps.

By tomorrow, snow and clouds will begin to exit with temps warming back to the low 50s.
