The latest Northeast Wisconsin weather forecast from Storm Team 5…
Low pressure is developing to our southwest, bringing in cloud cover and light rain chances for today. With temperatures remaining seasonal this afternoon, rain chances will not turn severe.
Overnight, we will be partly cloudy and quiet with a light breeze.
By tomorrow, weather will likely turn strong to even severe. The Storm Prediction Center has grouped Northeast Wisconsin into Level 2, 3, 4 for for severe risks associated with storms tomorrow. This means that the higher in number up you go, the better the chance for stronger storms there will be. The worst of the system does show that it will clip our southwest most communities and more areas further into Southwest WI.
For us, we should be prepared for all types of severe weather. This includes, damaging winds, large hail, and tornadoes.
This storm system will come in with two rounds — the first being in the late morning/early afternoon, and the other being in the late evening. Both rounds will likely be severe. Please have a severe weather plan in place today for tomorrow.
Tuesday will be much quieter with clouds and rain exiting.
