Fifteen members and their parents, along with the head coach of Green Bay East High School’s football team, participated in the event.

In the end, over 100,000 pounds of electronics were diverted from local landfills, 30,000 of which were televisions alone. The Gridiron club said even though they were a bit sore at the end of it all, the event was a resounding success.
