The latest Northeast Wisconsin weather forecast from Storm Team 5…
Our next rainy system built in from the southwest this morning, bringing in light showers for the morning and early afternoon.
Throughout this evening, rain chances will exit, and we will turn mostly clear. That system, however, has a warm front attached to it. When this lifted, it brought in more of a southerly wind today that will bleed into tomorrow, pushing in warmer temps for this afternoon. By tomorrow, we are even warmer and likely will see the warmest day of the year so far with a high at almost 70 degrees!
With these warmer temps, that does bring the chance for see rain and thunderstorm development. Expect most of the start of the day tomorrow to be quiet with a mix of sun and cloud cover, but by the late afternoon/early evening, spotty thunderstorm chances will develop. Moving overnight, that storm chance will strengthen with rain and thunderstorms still continuing into Thursday morning.
Past daybreak on Thursday, rain chances will weaken until about 3pm when rain will arrive for sure areas north of GB, but GB and parts of the Valley have a decent chance of seeing showers for the afternoon and evening on Thursday. These should be non severe.
