GREENLEAF, Wis. (WFRV) – After breaking ground last winter and completing construction in January, WINEaLOT Wine Pub and Vineyards proudly unveiled its new cellar with a grand opening celebration on Sunday.
Guests raised their glasses in honor of the establishment’s latest addition, a stunning cellar-tasting bar that offers exclusive wine selections straight from the cellar.
Owner Miranda Demske expressed her excitement during the celebration, stating, “You can see our new tanks, our barrels, and everything that the winemaker is currently working on.”
The event featured wine tastings, live music, and delicious food, promising attendees that there will be more exciting offerings in the future.

Demske highlighted the versatility of the new space, explaining, “You can rent out this space for private parties; it’s really great for bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties. During the week, our winemaker is here to offer pouring or tastings by the glass or by the bottle.”
Reflecting on the pub’s journey, she shared her pride in the business’s growth, noting that WINEaLOT Wine Pub will celebrate its fourth anniversary in July.
“We started off in such a tiny little room with such a tiny little bar, and to have another building here in less than four years, to be literally doubling our size, is amazing how far we’ve come, and I’m so excited,” Demske said, clearly overcome with joy.
