APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) – College Avenue in downtown Appleton was singing on Monday as Street Music Week officially kicked off.
Hosted by Heid Music Company, any musician who wants to help raise money for Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin can participate.
“You just show check-in, grab your orange bucket, and you can find a spot anywhere along College Avenue,” said Dede Heid, Heid Music Company’s President. “It’s just like good old-fashioned busking if you will, but all of the funds are going to help our neighbors in need.”
You can catch musicians every day this week from Noon to 1:00 p.m.
